- Peanut Butter – Peanut butter contains vitamin E, lutein, and other antioxidants that can help protect skin from sun damage, free radicals, and inflammation. This can help reduce signs of aging like hyperpigmentation and redness, and soothe skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea.
- Chocolate – rich in flavonoids, chocolate can boost collagen production, prevent skin damage, and promote cell health. Chocolate is high in zinc which helps prevent acne. The fatty acids in chocolate nourish our skin, while anti-inflammatory properties soothe skin irritation.
- Peppermint Oil – helps to reduce stress, relax tension in the body, and relieve sore muscles. It can also aid in reducing symptoms of nausea and improve digestion and an upset stomach. Bonus, peppermint, supports reduced inflammation, redness, and irritation in the skin, and can promote increased blood circulation in the scalp for improved hair growth.
