Check out the ingredient benefits for your skin!
- Coffee – caffeine contained in coffee beans can help reduce inflammation and skin problems such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Additionally, coffee grounds are promising for fighting skin infections and diseases because of the antimicrobial properties of caffeine.
- Almond Milk – contains a rich source of the antioxidant Vitamin E, as well as other flavonoids. These antioxidants prevent sun damage and wrinkles by removing free radicals and toxins on the skin. Almond milk is also good for acne-prone skin, as it is also loaded with omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce inflammation and redness associated with acne.
- Milk – is packed with essential nutrients, vitamins, proteins, and fats, locking natural moisture into your skin. Milk is also rich in antioxidants like vitamins A and D to help support the anti-aging properties of your skin. It can support an even skin tone, soothe irritated skin, and naturally cleanse your face from toxins and impurities.
- Vanilla – with its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, vanilla can help to soothe and calm irritated skin. Vanilla has been used to reduce skin infections and in wound healing. Vanilla contains Vanillin, a polyphenol with powerful antioxidant properties.
