  • Almond – helps reverse damage from the sun, while reducing the appearance of scars and stretch marks. Almonds also improve skin’s overall appearance through hydration, leaving you with a luminous glow. As an added bonus, almond oil can even out your skin tone and texture and help to reduce and prevent wrinkles
  • Coconut  – bolsters your skin’s protective barrier, locking moisture inside and keeping skin supple and hydrated. Reduces inflammation. Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial for irritated, chafed skin. Bonus, it also increases collagen production.
  • Peanut Butter – Peanut butter contains vitamin E, lutein, and other antioxidants that can help protect skin from sun damage, free radicals, and inflammation. This can help reduce signs of aging like hyperpigmentation and redness, and soothe skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea.
  • Oats – carry great health benefits for your body, but, surprise, they can also be used for healthy skin! It protects, moisturizes, exfoliates, and cleanses your skin. Oats support a boost in collagen production, reduces skin inflammation, and improves skin complexion.
