Apple & Berries Collagen Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 apple chopped
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries or berry of your choice
- 1 cup whole milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 scoop AnnieMak Clean Multi Collagens
- Optional: 1 teaspoon chia, hemp, or flax seed
Directions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
