Apple & Berries Collagen Smoothie

Ingredients   

  • 1 apple chopped  
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries  
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries or berry of your choice  
  • 1 cup whole milk or almond milk  
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice  
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon chia, hemp, or flax seed  

 
Directions 

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.  
  1. Pour into a glass cup and drink immediately.
