Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Collagen Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 2 scoops AnnieMak Clean Multi Collagens
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix flour, collagen, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a glass bowl.
- In a separate glass bowl, mash the banana, and add milk, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold liquid batter into dry ingredients mixture until well combined.
- Bake 30 minutes until the knife comes out clean from the center.
- Let cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
