Highlights
Check out the ingredient benefits for your skin!
- Chia Seeds – rich in antioxidants, such as vitamin E, chia seeds can help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals, reduce premature aging, and keep skin looking youthful.
- Maple Syrup – like raw honey, maple syrup supports lower skin inflammation, blemishes, dryness, and redness. Jam-packed with antioxidants and nutrients, maple syrup helps your skin to retain its moisture. Swap that refined sugar for maple syrup and enjoy this natural hydrator in your daily regimen.
- Vanilla – with its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, vanilla can help to soothe and calm irritated skin. Vanilla has been used to reduce skin infections and in wound healing. Vanilla contains Vanillin, a polyphenol with powerful antioxidant properties.
- Almond Milk – contains a rich source of the antioxidant Vitamin E, as well as other flavonoids. These antioxidants prevent sun damage and wrinkles by removing free radicals and toxins on the skin. Almond milk is also good for acne-prone skin, as it is also loaded with omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce inflammation and redness associated with acne.
- Cinnamon – rich in beneficial plant compounds and antioxidants, cinnamon helps treat hyperpigmentation and acne, plumps and lightens the skin, and decreases the signs of aging.
- Coconut Milk – bolsters your skin’s protective barrier, locking moisture inside and keeping skin supple and hydrated. Reduces inflammation. Coconut has anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial for irritated, chafed skin. Bonus, it also increases collagen production.
- AnnieMak Clean Multi Collagens – collagen is a protein and the literal “glue” that holds your body together.
