Thick, chocolate-y, and melt in your mouth…these ooey, gooey, peanut butter chocolate no bake cookies, that are easy to make, will have you coming back for seconds fast! With an extra protein punch, this healthy version of a classic no bake cookie twist will be the highlight snack of your day!
Collagen Chocolate No Bake Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 – 4 tablespoons milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 scoops AnnieMak Clean Multi Collagens
- 1 cup quick oats (gluten-free optional)
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar or brown sugar alternative
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons Lily’s milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Melt coconut oil, milk, and peanut butter over medium heat in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Mix together collagen, oats, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Add to wet mixture and stir until well combined. Add chocolate chips and stir in until fully melted.
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture in a round shape onto parchment paper.
- Place cooking sheets in the fridge until cookies are set.
- Remove from fridge and let them warm to eat at room temperature or chilled.
