Healthy Chocolate Collagen Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 avocados peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 scoop AnnieMak Clean Multi Collagens
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1 – 2 scoops cocoa powder to your preferred chocolate taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional – top with strawberries, whipped cream, or chocolate shavings
Directions
- Mix avocado, maple syrup, milk of choice, vanilla, cocoa powder, and collagen, in a food processor until fully blended and smooth
- Scoop into a glass bowl and finish with toppings of your choice
