Rejuvenating Avocado Hair Mask

Packed full of omega fatty acids, protein, and nourishing ingredients, this is the hair mask of all hair masks. This hair mask helps with shine, elasticity, and texture while deep conditioning, improving circulation, and stimulating growth. 

Ingredients   

  • 1 medium ripe avocado  
  • 1 egg  
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 3 – 4 drops rosemary essential oil  

 
Directions 

  1. Using a food processor or immersion blender, whip all ingredients into a mousse-like texture. Use immediately.  
  1. Dampen hair before applying.  1 application for thick, long hair, 2-3 applications for short/thin hair.  
  1. Distribute whipped mask throughout hair, focusing on ends.  
  1. Secure hair into a bun and cover with a shower cap.  
  1. Sit in sunshine for 10-15 mins to activate the mask, or use a blow-dryer for 10 mins over the cap.   
  1. Allow mask to sit a minimum of 40 mins, but up to 2 hours. 
  1. While waiting use your AnnieMak Cleah Skincare.  
  1. Rinse hair with shampoo and warm water.  

Please note: Color of mask will most likely change as avocado oxidizes in the hair. This is perfectly normal! It may also harden a bit but will soften as soon as you rinse it a bit with water.  Best for medium to thick hair, not for thing. Safe for color-treated hair.
