In this gentle honey-oat face scrub recipe, ground oats have a natural and gentle exfoliating effect to remove dead skin cells that clog pores while effectively cleansing the skin. Antimicrobial honey helps even out skin tone and heal issues within the dermis. Lemon is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and removes dead surface skin cells while lightening age spots!

Oatmeal is as good for your outside as it is for your insides – who knew!? It has the impressive ability to protect our skin from annoying irritants like unavoidable pollution or the lauryl sulfate we intentionally use daily (think soaps, shampoos, cosmetics, cleaners…).

Ready in less than 10 mins.
