Spring Detox Collagen Smoothie

Ingredients   

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk or milk of choice  
  • 2 pears sliced  
  • 1/2 Avocado  
  • 1 Scoop Anniemak Clean Multi Collagens  
  • 2 Tablespoon cilantro  
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne 
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil  
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flax seed meal 
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup of ice  

 
Directions 

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.  
  1. Blend until smooth.  
  1. Pour into glass.
