Pumpkin Collagen Bites 

Ingredients   

  • 1 cup oats  
  • 1/2 cup almond flour  
  • 1/2 cup oat flour  
  • 2/3 cup almond butter  
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree 
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup 
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon  
  • 1 teaspoon salt  
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla  
  • Optional – 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice  

 
Directions 

  1. In a medium to large glass bowl mix all dry ingredients together until well combined  
  1. Add butter, puree, maple syrup, and vanilla and mix again until well combined.  
  1. Add the desired amount of chocolate chips and pumpkin pie spice (optional) until it is the amount of chocolate and flavor of spice you desire.  
  1. Roll into tablespoon-sized ball and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes before eating.  
  1. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days and enjoy throughout your week.
