These chocolate peanut butter banana collagen cups are a sweet treat that packs the healthy and the protein along with it. They will satisfy that sweet tooth while leaving you satisfied until your next meal. Who said getting better hair, skin, and nails can’t be a sweet process? 😉

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Collagen Cups

Ingredients   

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil    
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter  
  • 1/2 of a banana  
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup  

 
Directions 

  1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a glass bowl until completely melted.  
  1. Using a muffin pan, coat each muffin tin with a thin layer using only half of your chocolate mixture. Set in freezer until fully frozen. About 15 minutes.  
  1. Mix together peanut butter, collagen, and maple syrup until well combined. Add a layer on top of the chocolate in each muffin tin.  
  1. Slice your bananas into thin pieces and layer them on top of the peanut butter mixture.  
  1. Use the remaining chocolate to cover the bananas completely.  
  1. Return to the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes until completely frozen.
