These no-bake chocolate peppermint protein balls will give you that sugar fix and all the taste and feels of the holiday season! This healthy, delicious treat will be the perfect way to stay on track and make you feel good all day long!

Chocolate Peppermint Collagen Balls

Ingredients   

  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted  
  • 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder  
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter 
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract   
  • Pinch of sea salt  
  • 1 tablespoon water (more or less if needed)  
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut  

 
Directions 

  1. Break down your dates in a food processor until broken into pieces  
  1. Add all other ingredients and mix until combined  
  1. Form into 12 balls  
  1. Roll in shredded coconut 
  1. Place in the fridge and chill
