Check out the ingredient benefits for your skin!
- Peaches – containing beta carotene and vitamin C. Peaches have been shown to support healthy skin. They protect skin from sun damage, build collagen, and improve skin elasticity.
- Oats – carry great health benefits for your body, but, surprise, they can also be used for healthy skin! They protect, moisturize, exfoliate, and cleanse your skin. Oats support a boost in collagen production, reduce skin inflammation, and improve skin complexion.
- Cinnamon – rich in beneficial plant compounds and antioxidants, cinnamon helps treat hyperpigmentation and acne, plumps and lightens the skin, and decreases the signs of aging.
- Yogurt – loaded with good bacteria, calcium, and essential vitamins and nutrients, yogurt helps to diminish the damage caused by bacteria in the hair and skin.
- Raw Honey – one of nature’s most treasured skin remedies, its antibacterial and antiseptic abilities, benefit oily and acne-prone skin. Honey is also a natural humectant, keeping the skin moist but not oily. It can be extremely moisturizing because its chemical properties help to draw moisture to your face. Honey’s natural enzymes gently exfoliate the skin, keeping the pores clear of oil, impurities, and dirt. It also supports reduced breakouts, by regulating the bacteria on the skin.
