Pumpkin Collagen Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 4 scoops AnnieMak Clean Multi Collagens
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup Lily’s white chocolate chips
- Optional – 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- In a medium to large glass bowl mix all dry ingredients together until well combined
- Add butter, puree, maple syrup, and vanilla and mix again until well combined.
- Add the desired amount of chocolate chips and pumpkin pie spice (optional) until it is the amount of chocolate and flavor of spice you desire.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized ball and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes before eating.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days and enjoy throughout your week.
