- 1 c. organic rolled oats
- ¼ c. Epsom salt
- 1 TBSP baking soda
- To make, using the small bowl attachment of a food processor, blend oats for a full two minutes, stopping every 30 seconds to un-clump/scrape the sides with a clean spatula. Oats should turn into a powder-like substance. Add Epsom salt and baking soda, then blend for another full minute. Store in an airtight container.
- To use, draw a warm bath and dissolve the oat mixture into it. Soak for 15-20 mins.
